In a remarkable turn of events, a young girl who was abducted by her mother back in July 2017 has been found, thanks to her appearance on Netflix’s reboot of Unsolved Mysteries.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children recently shared the news of Kayla Unbehaun’s discovery in Asheville, North Carolina.
At the time of the abduction, Kayla was just nine years old. Authorities have arrested her mother, Heather Unbehaun, who was accused of taking her from South Elgin, Illinois. Read the full story here ▶
