A 71-year-old woman has been living in her car in front of her own home instead of living in it. One neighbor found out why she couldn’t go inside and knew he had to step in.
Justin Hernandez had recently moved into a new house about a month ago. He noticed one of his neighbors had been sleeping in her car. Hernandez learned why, and it broke his heart.
