The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman who allegedly drove head-on into oncoming traffic intentionally on Saturday.
20-year-old Anessia Caitlyn Jines, of Baker, is charged with aggravated battery – use of a deadly weapon and resisting law enforcement – obstructing justice.
