TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — Florida eating places would find a way to promote alcohol for take out and supply below a invoice authorized by a Senate committee Tuesday that might make permanent a suspension of guidelines the governor allowed in the course of the coronavirus pandemic.

Gov.
