When Trinity County Attorney Colton Hay discovered a flipped car that was part of a car accident, he sprung into action and managed to rescue a baby trapped inside it.

The wreck unfolded last month on May 25 at SH 94 West of Groveton, according to Trinity County Sheriff Woody Wallace.

Hay stated that the vehicle was traveling very fast and “recklessly” as it passed other vehicles while driving in a no-passing zone. As reported to ABC13, the terrible weather was also a contributing factor in the accident. Read the full story here ▶

It’s not easy starting out in life after leaving the comfort of your parent’s home. These days the sad reality of getting a college degree is often burdening yourself with a huge debt and no guarantee of a job.

For Todd Burkemper it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing but he landed himself a good job as an app designer, built himself a house in Missouri and bought a car.

Don Chatten was out walking his two dogs in Buffalo, New York, on a bitterly cold day when a woman asked for his help finding her small dog.

He didn’t hesitate to help her but when he finally located the missing pooch, he realized the danger and knew he had to act fast.The dog had fallen into icy waters in Ellicott Creek Park and Don knew he didn’t have much time if he was going to save her. Read the full story here ▶

Kasey Simmons is on a mission it to make you smile.”It’s selfish really,” Simmons said. “When people smile, I feel better. It lightens my world.”

The 32-year-old is a server at Applebee’s in Little Elm. On Tuesday, he got one of the largest tips on one of the smallest checks of his career.

He didn’t realize how much his kind gesture meant until the recipient’s family paid him back for it — literally. What an inspiring story! A 18-year-old student is now the  first Black male valedictorian in his school’s 106-year history and has been offered a place at all the 11 colleges he applied for.

Ahmed Muhammad just graduating top of his class; he also took 13 advanced placement classes at Oakland Technical High School where he attends as well as his local community college.

“I’m super excited,” the California student told Good Morning America. “I feel blessed.” Ahmed is graduating from school with a 4.73 GPA and, depending on how his final few classes go, may even leave with a 5.0., as per Good Morning America. Read the full story here ▶

When Aaliyah Lewis, a two-year-old toddler, was left with her mother’s boyfriend because her father wasn’t able to get her, she never thought in a million years that she would never speak to her daughter ever again. Sadly, that nightmare became a reality for this mother.

21-year-old Jamarius Devonti Graham was responsible for little baby Aaliyah while her mother was away.

After weeks of complaining of stomach aches, Simon couldn’t figure out what was causing his son so much pain.

With a little investigating, Simon found the disgusting culprit inside an unlikely source.To his dismay, the stomach aches persisted and Simon was desperate to find the cause.

That’s when Simon caught a wiff of something putrid coming from his son’s Tommee Tippee sippy cup. He traced the source of the smell to the cup’s sealed anti-leak feature. This was the exact case for one NY school where the principal disappeared and went into hiding after she did something to Christmas that left parents angry, fed up and outraged!

School principal Eujin Jaela Kim chose to give this school a complete wipe and parent’s aren’t too happy with her decision. A 3-year-old Alabama boy passed away on Sunday after he was reportedly discovered in a hot car outside his family’s home.

Johnathan Milam, also known as LJ, of Holly Pond, was sent to hospital after being found unresponsive. He was later pronounced dead at Regional Medical Center.

“We obviously can confirm there was an incident involving a small child, but it appears to be a tragic accident,” Cullman County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Whaley said on Thursday. “We’re in the early stages of the investigation.” Read the full story here ▶

Mirranda Grace Lawson, a tiny toddler who passed away, six months after choking on a popcorn kernel.
