A 36-year-old man has been accused of raping a British teenager in the Costa del Sol vacation resort of Fuengirola.

It is claimed he pushed the 15-year-old lady into an alleyway after she had been out with associates however at the moment was alone.

The man, who’s from Senegal, is about to go on trial in Malaga, with the prosecution demanding a 14-year prison sentence and deportation from Spain.

The rape is alleged to have taken place on the morning of January 1, 2020.

According to the prosecution, {the teenager} didn’t have the power to name for assist after the alleged assault and has subsequently suffered from post-traumatic stress signs. He allegedly grabbed her by the arm and pushed her into the secluded alley.
