
Two South Carolina teens have been arrested after robbing and killing a man who was reportedly trying to help them pull their car out of a ditch.
Deon Frasier, 17, and Michael Dupree-Tyler, 19, were arrested after police say they robbed and killed Chadwick Garrett, 45, on Aug. 15.
According to the New York Daily News, the teens were found in a North Charleston apartment less than six miles from the intersection where they killed Garrett. Read the full story here ▶
