Police officials said the educator, later identified as 43-year-old Casandra, was arrested and later charged with child abuse after she reportedly used a duct tape to cover student’s mouth, bind his hands, and wrap around his head during class time.
Initially, the teacher used duct tape. She then brought a stronger tape and the student, who was not identified due to his age, said that his lips and mouth were red and sore when he was able to remove the tape.
