Police officials said the 29-year-old suspect, later identified as Veronica, reportedly invited the victim, who was not identified, to continue drinking with her at home, Friday night.
Deputies responded to the suspect’s home and met with the victim who was later taken to hospital. Officials said that after two drinks the man said that he’d started to feel sick which is when Veronica revealed that she’d added something to both beverages.
The unidentified victim told the responding deputies he was vomiting for about 30 minutes before he was able to call for help and became sick again while providing his statement to a deputy. Read the full story here ▶
