Be patient Jarren Duran will be called up this season:

Jarren Duran 2021 campaign:

One of the Boston Red Sox top prospects Jarren Duran has been on a tear down in Triple-AAA. The Worcester Red Sox outfielder has been one of the team’s bright spots this season. Jarren is currently hitting, .291/.381/1.015 with 13 HRs and 26 RBI’s for the WooSox’s. Duran has shown the organization that he will be a difference-maker when Boston calls him up to the majors. Look to see Jarren as a possible September call-up later this season.

“We are very pleased with his progress and the way he’sbeen playing,” Cora told reporters. “I know people get excited.” However, Cora pointed out that Duran is still rounding out the finer points of his game, which is the last road block before he can get the call.

“He hit a walk-off home run the other day, and [the fans] see the home run. There’s more there. There’s more than just hitting home runs,” he explained. “If it’s tomorrow, or in a month, or whatever, I know we know he can help us. But there are a few things still – he needs to keep working on it.”

Very encoring news from Boston Red Sox manager Alex Cora talks about Duran’s update and progression as the season moves forward. From what Alex said, It seems like the organization just wants Jarren to work on some things and keep up what he has been contributing in Worcester.

Jarren Duran’s future is very bright:

Jarren Duran’s baseball future is very near with the way he has been playing so far this season. Still only 24 years old, Duran can hit, field, just flat-out be an everyday MLB-ready player. I understand that the Red Sox does not want to rush him to the majors because the organization wants to see more out of him and wants to do it at the right place at the right time. When the time is ready Boston will have two young core outfielders in Jarren Duran, 24, and Alex Verdugo, 25, that they can build around.
